Neelum provided amazing customer service. my wife and i had a great experience. she secured that everything was perfect for our anniversary stay, even bringing us a delicious cake. the room was clean and well designed. We really liked it!
the hotel design felt old. the room sound isolation wasn't ideal.

the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the president's palace. emirates towers, the grand mosque, and louvre are easily accessible. public transport provided an affordable means to reach these destinations from the hotel.

The staff was very helpful, especially miss ada. She was very respectful. the breakfast was rich and excellent. the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Mr shakti was very friendly and professional.
The pool was super crowded at all times. i was never able to find sunbathing beds except after waiting for someone to leave. the buffet was very below standard. The bread was never refilled. the quality of food is low compared to what i expected.

the staff were helpful and cute i especially remember mohamed from the front desk he made our arrival easy. the hotel offered good facilities especially the pool area we enjoyed it every day. our room had daily cleaning it was always super clean. i found the location convenient for local attractions it helped with sightseeing.
the gym was a little busy sometimes i had to wait for equipment. it was never too long though and i still got my workout in.
